Exchange & Refund Policy
All Sales are Final. Refunds (if eligible) are only offered in the form of store credit or exchange. If an item to be exchanged is sold out or no longer available, a refund to the original form of payment can be offered.
If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be returned in the same condition it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.
Some items are exempt from being returned. Health and personal care items such as (but not limited to) Face Masks cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for Gift Cards.
Need to Exchange an Item?
No worries, Exchanges are Simple & Free. To complete an exchange, Email us your a receipt or proof of purchase (including your Order Number) and any photos of the damaged/incorrect item(s) over to: email@example.com
Refunds via Store Credit would usually be issued via an email from our Customer Service team. Please Note: Refunds to the original method of payment (if applicable) is subject to our approval or rejection.
