Return Policy

Returns will only be accepted on products that are damaged on arrival. If you receive a damaged product you must immediately notify King of the Pin via email and return it or your refund request may not be accepted.

For your own personal reference, we suggest you take photos of any damaged product. Products must be returned packaged in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via USPS and that you prepay all postage. You as the buyer assume any risk of lost, stolen or damaged goods during transit. We advise you use USPS and take out insurance with your shipping or postal carrier. King of the Pin will not be responsible for product lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure the item.

Once your damaged item has been received by King of the Pin, your refund will be processed back into your original purchasing account within 5 business days.
