Q: Where are you guys based?
A: We are based in Miami, FL; but we ship worldwide.
Q: I Pre-ordered, How long do Pre-Orders usually take to ship?
A: We aim to get your pre-orders out as quickly as we can, typically 2-3 weeks after a new product is announced. In the unlikely event of a problem with a product, everyone will be notified/updated via email.
Q: How will my order be shipped?
A: All products are shipped via USPS in a custom KOTP padded poly mailer or custom KOTP Box.
Q: What Payment Options do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.
Q: What happens if I order both a Pre-Order Product and a Product that’s currently in stock?
A: Partial orders will not be shipped. You will need to place separate orders for items you wish to receive prior to the pre-order items release date.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We ship worldwide so shipping times can vary and processing time can take 1-5 days.
Q: International shipping?
A: Yes! We ship all international orders via USPS. After your order ships, We will email you a customs forms tracking number for reference. From the date of shipping, please allow 24-48 hours for your package to be integrated into the US postal system and at least 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Q: Do you accept returns and/or exchanges?
A: Yes, but under certain conditions. For more information, please see our Return Policy.
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Our current estimated delivery times are 3 days to 1 week for domestic orders, and 2-3 weeks for international orders.

Q: Is there a tracking number for my order?
A: All domestic orders (within the United States) will have tracking available. For international orders, unfortunately not all international postal systems offer tracking. International orders will be shipped via USPS.
PLEASE NOTE: If you would like additional postage security such as insurance via USPS, please Contact us and we can organize that for you at an additional fee. Lost and/or damaged items are very rare, and whilst all care and assistance is offered by King of the Pin – we cannot take any liability for items once in transit.
